In depth

Verdict

The Strawberry One ran Businessmoney Judy to less than a length at Towcester earlier this month and is heading in the right direction. But this sharper track may not play to his strengths, unlike LAUDATORY. Charlie Morlock's gelding had decent form up to 1m2f on the Flat and the form of his Stratford third was boosted when fourth Spiritual Art won easily at Newton Abbot on Saturday. Captain Sully has yet to reproduce his form in Ireland in the UK but the lightly-raced Dream Spinner could be worth persevering with, though will probably do better over longer trips than this.
