Verdict

Tender Surprise has done well this term thanks to good placement by his yard but will have to improve again to handle DEALING RIVER, who quickly reverts to hurdles after one chasing attempt. The Bailey charge was nicely progressive over timber and this looks a good opportunity to regain the winning thread. Marju's Quest also remains open to progress over hurdles and Noel Fehily is a good booking whereas Ubaldo Des Menheis has shown little or nothing in eight starts since joining the O'Neill team. The market should prove the best guide to his chances here in a first-time visor under the champion jockey.
