In depth
Verdict
LOCHNELL won in this grade at Ayr last month but is upped 8lb. Ian Duncan’s mare is still improving, however, and makes more appeal than the veteran Bescot Springs, though the latter also won his latest start when successful at Hexham under today’s conditional having also scored over course and distance back in January. Total Assets seems at her best over fences nowadays but was runner-up over timber at Wetherby in between winning a couple of chases while Teddy Tee still looks in the handicapper's grip and hasn’t raced for over year.
