Verdict
Just the three runners for this novices' chase and it will be a surprise if Benrajah is not good enough to beat either of his two rivals Sijujama or Stoneravinmad. The last mentioned unseated his rider in a handicap over hurdles at Cartmel, for which he was rated 65, when last seen in May and is difficult to fancy. Sijujama, who has been pulled up in four out of his last five starts is of a similar level of ability so a clear round should suffice for Benrajah. Rated the best part of three stones superior to his rivals over hurdles, the selection got no further than the first fence on his chasing debut in the race won by Virgin Soldier at Sedgefield last month. Sure to have been well schooled since then, Benrajah looks to face an easy task here and is impossible to oppose.
