Your A Gassman put in an exemplary round of jumping when beating Paddy The Piper at Newcastle last month and, provided that the rains stay away he should prove to be too good for main rival Gingerbread House. Tribal Venture, a stablemate to the selection will only run if it does rain and has to be respected if the heavens open but there is a possibility that Ferdy Murphy's gelding may bounce. The Richard Phillips-trained Gingerbread House beat the selection by two-and-a-half lengths in a handicap here last month and is now 2lbs better in but Ferdy Murphy's gelding showed much improved form at Newcastle and is taken to reverse the form. It will be a major surprise if any of the others runners can take a hand in the finish in a race taken to go to Your A Gassman.
