Verdict
A decent sort on the Flat and in bumpers, Alright Sunshine came up against an improver on his hurdling debut here and should be winning soon though this is a tall order. Dan Skelton trained the winner that day and runs MY DROGO (NAP), who has to concede weight all round but was impressive in winning a Grade 2 at Ascot in December when subsequent Betfair Hurdle winner Soaring Glory was only third. Any News was well ahead of subsequent winner Lucky One when second at Cheltenham while Bareback Jack is 3-3 over timber and last month’s victory at Musselburgh came at the expense of several previous winners. Castle Rushen is preferred to Do Your Job of the others.
