Verdict

JURISDICTION looks the one to beat on recent form as he seeks a hat-trick. Graham Lee has ridden the selection to victory twice here and although he carries an extra stone in weight for those wins given the conditions of the race, he can defy that penalty to score again here. Senor Alco has put in some decent bumper efforts in two starts under rules and could run well on hurdling debut. The Skanky Farmer has shown bits and pieces in points and Willie Hall won a bumper last term and could build upon that on a first jumps start. Jurisdiction is the solid choice.
