Verdict
BLACK THUNDER should have few problems following up a course and distance victory last month. Mister Marker was a tailed-off fourth that day and Green Flag was pulled up so look to have little chance of turning the tables. Premier Portrait is a prolific winner between the flags and was given too much to do last time at Horseheath so may be the one for forecast-backers ahead of recent Friars Haugh winner Molten Brown. Wicklow Lad and Mister Marker were second and third in this last year but aren’t getting any younger.
