Verdict

Placed twice in bumpers, Dubai Days was placed in a Sedgefield maiden when tackling hurdles for the first time. Brian Hughes sports the Hemmings colours but his mount may not have the pace of Ffos Las bumper winner MARIO DE PAIL (NAP), who is bred for jumping. Mister Manduro was well beaten under a penalty at Carlisle but probably needed that run. Trooper Turnbull has run a couple of nice races in bumpers at Newcastle and is fitted with a hood here to help him concentrate.
