    Verdict

    Baddilini was well touted before his debut at Windsor and made no mistake in the race. He's well thought of and looks certain to prove a threat but LYRIC ACE was very impressive at Leicester and looks the one to be on. He started odds-on when making his debut in the race won by today's rival Mossgo here but ran very green and showed the benefit next time. With further progress guaranteed he'll take all the beating. Chilworth Icon was a long way behind Mossgo and Lyric Ace here before improving to score at Bath and should prove better than stable companion Rated, who didn't have much to beat at Folkestone.
