      Verdict

MR KITE won a bumper at Market Rasen last summer and then raced on the Flat. He was a well-beaten third on his hurdling debut but will know more today. Barman won a couple of times in France but was pulled up on his hurdling debut. Debece is another bumper winner and Le Capricieux shaped with more promise when fourth here last month. Putting Green was rated 95 on the Flat when last seen and would be a threat to all if taking to jumping having left Richard Hannon to join Venetia Williams.
