Verdict

Gray Hession came good around this time last year and the lack of a recent run shouldn't be a concern. Ballyheigue Bay is starting to look well treated while Bob Tucker won at Newbury last month and is preferred to stablemate Greenlaw. WARDEN HILL must go on the short-list after a promising reappearance at Cheltenham having been dropped a pound since and Mick Channon's eight-year-old is preferred to Court By Surprise, Opening Batsman and Ziga Boy who are closely matched on various form lines. Fond Memory and Call Me Vic are others to consider in a wide-open handicap but Ericht is better over shorter.
