        Verdict

        Mataram gets the confident vote here with Prime Contender and Wild Pitch rating the main dangers. The selection won well last time out when defeating Rapid City and although he has a penalty for that win, that rival has since won so from a good draw he should prove tough to beat. Prime Contender rates the main danger as he has won his last two races but he is rising in the weights and he looks vulnerable to a less exposed type. Wild Pitch won well last time when defeating Bank On Benny but the drop in trip has to be of concern. Of the rest, Mustajed would have a chance if fit after a 279-day absence even though he carries top weight today. A market move for Our Teddy could also be significant but Mataram's form looks rock solid and he is taken to get his head in front again.
