Verdict

The market may well provide the clues here but we are happy to nominate PIN CUSHION to get the better of Alice Alleyne and Adventure Story. The selection shaped with promise on her debut but she built on that last time when she finished third behind Queen's Grace. She is going the right way and she may not need to find much improvement to win this. The Richard Hannon trained newcomer Adventure Story has to be of interest given the strike-rate of the yard, but the draw is against him here and he will need to be quite useful to overcome that obstacle to score. Alice Alleyne has fared much better with the draw and anything Sir Michael Stoute sends to post in these events has to be noted in the market. Ferris Wheel showed she has ability on her debut at Salisbury and she could be another leading player if she improves for her introduction to the racecourse. An open event and the vote goes to Pin Cushion.
