Verdict

MORDOR found one too good from a wide draw here when sent off favourite for his handicap debut. He gets another chance with David Simcock’s yard back among the winners recently. Fleur De Mer has won on the Tapeta either side of placing at Chelmsford while Alice Knyvet has won over a mile but should stay this far. Perseus Way and Aristobulus have been hurdling though both won when last seen on the Flat while Tarbaan scored at Yarmouth recently and is preferred to Another Run.
