In depth

Verdict

Spanish Aria won a novices race at Chelmsford in November and makes her handicap debut on her return. Camelot Rakti will be winning again this year but Nightingale Valley has been raised 5lb for scoring at Nottingham last month and Vixen is preferred after finishing runner-up at the same meeting. Chloellie and Here's Two were both placed over 7f last time while Ideological won a couple of novice events over track and trip last year and returns to this venue for the first time since. But CLARA PEETERS went close at Goodwood on her reappearance and meeting Spanish Aria on better terms than when third at Chelmsford in November, Gary Moore’s filly may prove good enough.
