Verdict

Four-year-olds have won seven of the nine renewals. Anya looks to have a tough task upped in class after winning over track and trip while though Spirit Raiser beat subsequent Haydock winner Early Morning over course and distance in June, he has been upped a further 8lb for winning again here last time with Georgian Bay and SI SENOR (NAP) behind. But the latter re-opposes on much better terms today and Ed Vaughan's charge is taken to add to his three earlier wins over track and trip. Mutawathea and Pearl Ice are not out of this and Secret Art is better than his latest effort behind Early Morning suggests.
