        Verdict

        Admiralty has gone backwards since his debut third over C&D back in May and Gunner Will's best effort came over a mile here on her penultimate start. GINGER MONKEY stepped up on his debut effort when runner-up on the Polytrack at Lingfield last time and, given he finished clear of the rest of the field, Peter Chapple-Hyam's charge is fancied to get off the mark here. Clive Cox runs a couple of newcomers with jockey bookings suggesting Elusive Pursuit is preferred to Inpursuitofmilly, though the latter is related to a two-year-old winner on the all-weather and is not easily dismissed.
