    Verdict

    Blanchland and Lion's Pride were both well beaten in the same Listed contest here in September though the former has subsequently won a handicap. Belloccio landed a Listed race over track and trip at this time last year but is conceding weight to the three-year-old MEASURED TIME. The latter remains unbeaten having completed a double here before making a winning handicap debut over 1m2f at Newmarket. Half-brother and stablemate Rebel’s Romance is a prolific Group 1 winner over this longer trip and Charlie Appleby’s yard has won two of the last three renewals.
