Verdict

Beijing Billy showed some promise on his debut only to disappoint at Newmarket last time and stablemate Varenna Storm failed to figure at Doncaster on her introduction. DARK COMPANY was outpaced in the early stages over 6f at Pontefract but finished strongly for third and this extra distance should suit on that showing. He may prove the one to side with give Spirit Of Iffraaj was well beaten on his debut and a tongue-tie is applied to both the latter and the newcomer Borrowed Angel.
