        Verdict

        SWEET SERENADE had Amica two lengths behind when runner-up over the course and distance on Saturday, her best run to date in a first-time visor. She wouldn't need to improve much to go one better though Miss Thoughtful ran very well in a nursery here in October and has dropped 1lb in the ratings. Bezzas Lad was beaten a head in a Wolverhampton seller in September and has joined Tony Carroll, who will get a victory out of him, but Cliff Wind may do better when tackling another furlong.
