Verdict

A novice winner at Newbury, Indian Sounds was well beaten over 6f at York on his handicap debut albeit in better company than this. HIERONYMUS also faced a tough task when fourth over today’s trip at Goodwood on his handicap bow and Seamus Durack’s colt is taken to confirm running with Water Diviner and go close in this lower grade. Deira Surprise, Lolita Pulido and Fume all go handicapping for the first time with the former preferred on last month’s second over track and trip.
