Verdict

Perfect Times made a winning start over track and trip but failed to cope with a penalty at Ripon. SHOW YOURSELF can take advantage of the weight concession if settling better having raced free at Yarmouth on her debut but still finishing third behind a subsequent winner. She’s preferred to Spirit Of The Bay but a newcomer may prove a bigger threat with Carnation a full-sister to a winner and a half-sister to others and Electric related to several winners including the Group 3 winner Amzeel. Mejthaam and Kartvelian are others to note.
