In depth

Verdict

Autumn Blades, Prime Factor and Mr Rev look the most likely protagonists and we are with Autumn Blades. A string of seconds has been unfortunate and while a drop to six could represent a bigger danger, there are at least no worries in relation to match fitness. Prime Factor was ridden by a 7lb claimer on racecourse introduction. The horse produced a performance on the day that suggested he was worth some perseverance and we will watch the market accordingly. Mr Rev is related to sprinters and has demonstrated a degree of promise thus far in two starts. Tiepie has yet to beat a single horse home. Honest Value has been found wanting in lesser grade. Hiss and Boo has it to do. Autumn Blades would be a deserving winner and if able to cope with the drop in trip, he has to be the one for the selection.
