Clouded Leopard gets the vote over Luck Will Come, with Becham, Furbesata, Go Dancing, Saaratt and She Knows Too Much all worth a mention. Clouded Leopard made an encouraging debut over seven furlongs at Lingfield three weeks ago, finishing third to the odds-on Cast In Gold. Now, the way that she ran that day, making headway then fading quickly inside the final furlong, might suggest that this full-sister to five-furlong winner Celtic Cat might be worth a drop back in trip at this stage of her career. However, the dam is out of an Irish St Leger winner, so John Gosden will be pinning his hopes on her strengthening up and having the ability to stay at least a mile in time. Luck Will Come was runner-up to the Godolphin good thing Malaath in another division of the juvenile maiden on the same Lingfield card, but the time was slightly slower, and on that basis, she is passed over. Furbesata, Go Dancing and newcomers Saaratt and She Knows Too Much all hail from decent stables and should be noted in the betting ring, but Clouded Leopard is the pick.
