        Verdict

        In the opener, Humility is selected ahead of Mountain Pass and Sincerely. Sincerely is on a mark from which he has shown good form over course and distance, while Humility has proven that he can go well from his current mark at this venue so cannot be ruled out. Lucius Verrus is back to the mark from which he won at Wolverhampton in January, so can be fancied on that basis, while Mountain Pass was noted staying on late here over six furlongs last time and has to be considered over today's longer trip. Fulvio is six pounds above a winning mark but has form enough from a good draw to get placed, but Mine The Balance has a wide draw to contend with despite his best career effort having come over course and distance from today's mark. Finally, the grader may have been a little generous in dropping Danawi five pounds for his latest run, although he was beaten in a seller there. Overall, though, once again the selection is Humility.
