In depth

Verdict

Tuscan Gold finally looked as though he'd broken his duck at Worcester 12 days ago only to be demoted on appeal. He is likely to be thereabouts again here, however, while Dalavar was second at Wincanton last month but may prefer softer ground. Minella For Party is possibly a few pounds too high, though does have scope for improvement and could bustle up GREY MISSILE. The latter was tried over fences but didn't really take to the larger obstacles but had some decent form over timber earlier and may be the one to beat here ahead of the more exposed Invicta Lake.
