In depth

Verdict

In Fairness will attract support on his debut for Nicky Henderson as he's related to plenty of winners, though he could have been found an easier option than this. Hannibal The Great, a winning point-to-pointer, made a successful bumper debut at Plumpton in October before a fair run in a Listed contest at Cheltenham a month later. He will take some beating while Johnny Og started his career with a facile victory at Catterick in January and has the right pedigree to be a useful performer. The latter pair are penalised so it's the once-raced GONE TOO FAR who is handed the vote as his close second to Oscar Rock at Newbury in November was given a massive boost when the winner scored very easily on his next start on the same track.
