Verdict
None of the contenders jump off the page and shout 'Pick Me!' but STEELCUT looks well-weighted on his turf form. Racing from 1lb lower than when last on top on grass he has won at this track and holds Fromsong on that run. Island Legend was only just beaten from this rating last time so has to be given every chance as does Cavitie, but he has a bit to prove after his last run. A tough start but Steelcut has more positives than most.
