Verdict

Imperial Fong had Green Future and Pizzetti well behind when winning over 1m7f at Warwick last time and there should be more to come over staying trips. Thank You Joy finally got off the mark when stepped up to 1m2f in August but is less certain to last home, while recent Southwell runner-up Blue Cossack ran a shocker on his only previous start over today's distance. However, it could be worth taking a punt on BALLINA BLUE here as he wasn't beaten far when sixth over 1m4f at this track last month and the half-brother to a winning hurdler could prove a different proposition today with his stamina put to the test.
