    Verdict

Indian Edge, Arctic Desert and Samuel Charles are the three to consider here and preference is for Indian Edge to get back on the winning trail. Samuel Charles has been campaigned extensively on the all-weather surfaces and has enjoyed success with two wins during the winter and a recent Lingfield success to his credit. He tends to race prominently so this sharp track should suit more than Wolverhampton where he faded in the closing stages last time. Arctic Desert is another who has been running consistently. He too was a winner on the all weather during the winter and ran well on his last visit to the track. However, the yard is struggling at present and he is passed over. Indian Edge has won four races on the spin but was well beaten at Chepstow last time. It may be that the handicapper has caught up with him but with a number of his rivals out of form he can win again. Indian Edge gets the vote.
