In depth
Verdict
Yungaburra can make the long journey from SouthYorkshire worthwhile and is selected in preference to Almaty Express and Northern Empire. The last named was just in front of the selection when they met at Southwell last month and has subsequently been seen to good effect at the same course. he has very few miles on the clock and a big run here will open new doors for him. Almaty Express is a likely pace-setter that can make this a good test. He chases a hat-trick today but has no easy task under a 6lb penalty. Therefore, it can pay to have a small interest in Yungaburra, who is being kept busy of late and his turnabout in the ratings with the likes of Northern Empire leaves the top weight with a live chance on these terms
