    Verdict

Another Genepi won with a considerable amount in hand and the mandatory 6lb penalty should not prove enough to stop him here. Blackmalkin is far more unexposed to these and was not disgraced on his most recent outing as she appears most effective over seven, judged by a battling success three starts back. Rakeekah is a rare runner at this venue for his handler and on that basis alone is considered on her handicap debut whie Prince Livius makes only her third outing and takes a big step up in distance at this early stage of her career. This is competitive but Another Genepi is selected to defy the penalty.

    Formwatch

Another Genepi (USA) She has won four times from 6f to 7f on the all-weather (1 FB, 3 PO). A winner at 7-2 in a claimer at Wolverhampton over 6f earlier this month, beating Grimes Faith by 1 1/4l. Could take some stopping in her bid to follow up, despite being burdened w.

Trivia (IRE) Successful at 7f and 1m 1f including a win on polytrack. Beaten about 11l behind Wrighty Almighty at 25-1 on her latest outing at Kempton over 1m last month. Seems to have gone off the boil and she will need to recapture the form she was demonstratin.

Blackmalkin (USA) Successful at 6f and 7f including a win on polytrack. Finished 6l behind Angel Voices when fourth of 6 at 8-1 on her latest outing at Kempton over 7f earlier this month. Has a bit to prove off her current mark but improvement is not out of the questi.

Gimme Some Lovin (IRE) A winner at 6f on polytrack. Beaten 1l by Follow The Flag when second of 12 at 7-1 on her latest outing at Wolverhampton over 7f last month. Might not be far away this afternoon if repeating that effort.

Anthill Half-sister to 1m 2f to 1m 4f winner Eklektos. Dam a 1m 2f winner. Placed once in six starts. Beaten about 11l behind Wadnagin at 14-1 on her latest outing at Wolverhampton over 7f last month.

Mrs Jefferson (IRE) Half-sister to Lillianna, won over 1m 2f at four years and Bold Cross, won over 7f twice at four years. Having his first outing in public today and is worth a market check; don't rule out.

Affirmatively A winner at 5f. Third of 4 behind Southwest Star beaten 3/4l at 10-1 on her latest outing at Lingfield over 7f last month. Entitled to strip fitter for that first run since November and looks sure to go close in this contest.

Miss Mujanna Placed in all of her five starts. Third of 13 behind Gallic Charm beaten 1 1/2l at 9-4jt-fav on her latest outing at Kempton over 1m earlier this month. Handicap debutante who will need her best to figure in the finish.

Easy Wonder (GER) A winner at 6f on polytrack. Finished 2 3/4l behind Rockfield Tiger when fourth of 7 at 33-1 on her latest outing at Lingfield over 1m earlier this month. Drop back in trip would appear to be in her favour and a bold bid can be expected.

Little Knickers A winner at 5f. Finished 3 3/4l behind Ike Quebec when fourth of 5 at 10-3 on her latest outing in a claimer here over 6f earlier this month. Highly tried last summer but disappointing when well held in this grade last time out; capable of better but.

River Gleam (IRE) Foaled 25 March. Placed twice in four starts. Beaten about 17l behind Cape Vale at 9-1 on her latest outing at Ayr over 6f (soft) last month. She has less on her plate tonight and cannot be ruled out in this field.

Princess Livius (IRE) Finished 3 1/4l behind Kingsgate Castle when fifth of 6 at 20-1 on her racecourse debut at Lingfield over 6f last month. Entitled to know more about the racing game following that introduction and she could take much closer order on this occasion.

Rakeekah Foaled 17 April. Finished 7 1/4l behind Miss Emma May when sixth of 13 at 11-2 on her latest outing at Yarmouth over 1m (soft) last month. Unplaced in both starts on soft ground but not without claims if taking to the all-weather surface today.

Maggie Kate Placed twice in five starts. Beaten 6l by Rapidity when second of 10 at 16-1 on her latest outing at Kempton over 7f earlier this month. That was arguably her best effort so far and there could be more to come from this filly.
