In depth

Verdict

Much of SILVER LINNET's chances will depend on her run at Yarmouth on Tuesday but back in this class on her return to the all-weather she should have no problem in dispensing with the likes of Papageno and Rathbawn Girl. A real speed merchant the pick has been racing in much better races than this so far this term. She should run well in the week so we see no reason to abandon her in this company. Papageno is a pound better off than when only finding the pick too good last time but that doesn't seem enough to reverse the placings. Rathbawn Girl looked much improved on her last outing and if the penny has dropped with her there should be more to come. Pherousa is another for the short list but he too has form to overturn on the confident selection Silver Linnet.
