Verdict
Watchmaker appears on the upgrade and is taken to beat Mon Petite Amour and Granary Girl. The selection was just nailed in the final furlong when second to Fresh Mint here last time out. The slight drop in trip should be ideal and he should take some beating in this company.Mon Petite Amour also looked on the way back to form last time out when finishing fourth behind Lunar River over this trip at Lingfield. Her last success came off a mark of 55 and so she must have claims off her current rating. Granary Girl is hardly a prolific winner but is now starting to lokk reasonbly handicapped and should figure in the finish. Fateful Attraction would have claims on the pick of her form and could prove best of the remainder, but we return to Watchmaker as the more likely winner.
