A nice prize on on offer but Buzz was beaten off today’s mark at Doncaster last time having won over 1m2f at Newbury before that and this is more competitive than the race Magellan won here in August. Castlelyons will be sharper for a recent comeback and is not badly treated but it could pay to stick with the progressive ENVOY. The latter landed a a course double when just getting the better of Noble Gift over 1m3f last time and is fancied to confirm running back over today’s longer trip. Western Duke, Zlatan and Super Kid also need to reverse latest running with the selection while Pipes Of Peace is upped in class after placing here last month though has undergone wind surgery since.
