Maze will find life tougher in this contest after landing a claimer at Lingfield a fortnight ago, while Rondeau may struggle off a higher mark after winning at the same track last time. West Leake and Cativo Cavallino arrive on the back of recent victories and have place claims at least, but top weight ONGOODFORM may come out best. He was beaten less than a length in better company over C&D in August and another good effort over 6f here last month suggests he can put an end to his long losing run here.
