Verdict
ODD BALL scored in this grade at Wolverhampton last time with Meydan Style behind and may be able to follow up off a 3lb higher mark. Rosy Dawn finished closest to the winner in a blanket finish here a fortnight ago with Henry's Hero, Baby Driver and Teen Ager in close attendance, while Gee Major is only 1lb higher than when winning over C&D in September. Jackie Love had Avalon Bay behind when runner-up last time but Putin needed 1m4f on the Fibresand to return to winning ways in an apprentice race at Southwell last week, although he does escape a penalty for that success.
