Verdict

Musical Gift is the pick over Wanna Shout, Frank's Quest and Terenzium in the finale. Musical Gift lines up on the back of a couple of fair efforts since unseating Sophie Doyle at the start at Wolverhampton in April. Since then the six-year-old has been ridden to victory at the same track before finishing second under today's pilot Kevin Ghunowa in selling company at Southwell. He is only moderate, but then so are the rest, and he can get back to winning ways. Wanna Shout made her first visit to Kempton a successful one under Jamie Spencer recently but has a penalty to overcome, and so is not certain to confirm the form over the runner-up Frank's Quest. Terenzium will be all the better for his recent return at Wolverhampton after a six-month break and the stable is in good form, so is one for the short-list, but for the winner we return to Musical Gift.
