In depth

Formwatch

Roveretto Come from behind performer who put up an improved effort when winning at Musselburgh last time; trainer has not got a great record here and this one may struggle with topweight.

Ifni du Luc (FR) Normally consistent performer around 2m but interesting that he put up his worst performance over this trip and track in December; one to avoid today.

Monsieur Tagel (FR) Stays this trip well and enjoys the ground; would be in with a good shout today if last time out fall has not knocked his confidence.

Zahari (IRE) Has been tried in some decent races of late and this is much tougher; out of form and not guaranteed to stay this trip.

Outer Limit (IRE) Nice sort who will appreciate the going; tends to find little in a finish and is therefore passed over today.

Stormy Skye (IRE) Warmed up for this with a run at Cheltenham last month; will be fitter today and has a chance if staying the extra distance.

Spunkie Has got the ground that he prefers and should make a bold bid to add to his two victories today; main doubt is that his only run at this track was below par.

Chaos Theory Made a bad blunder last time after previously putting in some solid performances; should give a good account of himself today; although stamina is a concern.

Jaguar A little below par this term; would need to improve to win this but can run some decent races; best watched today.

Copper Coin (IRE) Lightly raced of late; but put up his best performance over this course and distance on Boxing Day and would have a real chance if reproducing that form.

Memsahib Ofesteem Has been beaten in worse races than this recently and shouldn't be a danger today.

Oliver Cromwell (IRE) Didn't enjoy the heavy ground last time but was an improving type before that and could spring a surprise today.

Tonka Stays this trip better than most of the field and is fairly consistent; place possibilities.

Harry Harestone Solid effort last time out at Cheltenham and has run well at this track before; interesting runner.

Oulton Broad Lost his way over the past year and will not be a threat today.
