      Verdict

Father Stone opened his account over track and trip a fortnight ago with Tommys Geal back in third. He can confirm superiority despite a 6lb rise. Tinkers Kiss won a claiming race over 6f here recently and will find this tougher while Just Marion has done all her winning in plating company so far. But a few of these may improve now handicapping for the first time with ANDRETTI making most appeal of that group having shown his first worthwhile form when fourth here last month.
