      Verdict

      Soi Dao improved on her Lingfield debut when only beaten a length at Southwell but BELUGA GOLD only need to run up to the form he showed on a couple of runs on Turf last year to make it third-time lucky, though Stevenson ran well over course and debut on debut and can only improve. Newcomer Fifty Sent has already been gelded but is a half-brother to two winners so can’t be ignored.
