In depth

Verdict

Several make belated seasonal debuts including Let Rip, who ended last year winning at Lingfield and makes his handicap debut today along with Fronsac and Kings Highway. The latter won a novices race over track and trip last season but Ragstone View is arguably better over 7f and went close over the latter trip at Lingfield on his penultimate start. But KINGSTON KURRAJONG was winning off a higher mark here at this time last year and after finding only one too good at Brighton last time, Bill Knight’s charge may well come good again in this. Just Brilliant needs to improve dropping back down in trip but may do so with Oisin Murphy taking over the reins.
