    Verdict

GLORY sets the standard with a handicap rating of 78 and may prove good enough. Placed over 7f at both Ascot and Newmarket last year, pedigree suggests Richard Hannon’s colt will appreciate this extra furlong. Lehoogg also returns to action having finished a close-up fourth at Yarmouth on September’s debut and is preferred to Dargel while Tavus and Swiss Cheer will be sharper for recent comeback runs. Desert Lion is the first foal of a Listed winner and a newcomer to note along with Thunder And Light and the latter’s stablemate Al Moataz.
