Verdict
Hinterland finished three lengths in front of Balder Succes and nine lengths ahead of Third Intention when third in the Tingle Creek at Sandown three weeks ago but isn't one to trust and it would be no surprise if both that pair reversed running today. Module won the Game Spirit in February but hasn't reproduced that form since and has to concede weight all round. Special Tiara was a Grade 1 winner at Aintree last year but is another that isn't really firing at present whereas CLARET CLOAK might just be on an upward curve again. He did finish behind Hinterland at Sandown last season but his latest run in a handicap at Ascot was a cracking effort considering he was giving almost two stones to the winner. Emma Lavelle's charge can record his biggest win to date here.
