Verdict

Hang In There is starting to look well handicapped but this looks an insufficient test of stamina for Emma Lavelle’s gelding and Christopher Wood also needs further. TORIGNI was clear of the remainder when third at Wetherby on his UK debut. The winner bolted up at Haydock subsequently and the second was leading when falling at the last at Cheltenham earlier this month so that form looks rock-solid. River Bray has gone up 6lb for beating lesser opposition at Wincanton but handicap debutant Cadzand may have more to offer and Faro De Kerser has won his last two. Eddiemaurice won this in 2018 and was third last year so could reward each-way support but Magic Dancer and Dino Velvet are proving hard to place and The Bees Knees has been raised a further 3lb since beaten at Cheltenham.
