Dove Mountain is only rated 62 on the Flat but looks like being a much better hurdler after his placed efforts here and at Down Royal though he was well beaten in both. LONG JOURNEY HOME has had plenty of experience over timber and has finished runner-up twice recently. His latest second to Buonarotti Boy over this track and trip was boosted when the winner finished second at Gowran on Saturday and the form looks good enough for this. Kansas Kid and Lyre Lad made pleasing debuts over hurdles after arriving from the point-to-point field and both can do better though probably over further. Finding Touch didn't run badly at Punchestown last month and the four-year-old can make his presence felt.
