In depth
Verdict
An excellent turnout for a moderate prize. The 2014 Triumph Hurdle winner Tiger Roll made a sparkling debut over fences at Ballinrobe three weeks ago where he jumped well and beat a decent field. Baily Cloud did well over timber but was always going to be a chaser and battled on well to beat the useful The Plan Man at Tramore. Heron Heights gained a surprise victory on his chasing bow here last month and has the scope to go on to better things as has the mare Duckweed, a convincing winner on her debut over the bigger obstacles at Down Royal. VALYSSA MONTERG also gained an opening victory over fences on this track in April. She faces a stiffer task here but her allowance will help and she's taken to land this for the champion trainer.
