In depth

Verdict

Mourne Stowaway made a very encouraging debut behind Shuil Valentine at Naas and the winner didn't let the form down in a Listed contest next time. Rosa Gloriosa has shown ability but will do better over obstacles while Darcys Hill is another likely to need a much stiffer test. ROCKED UP is easily the form pick on her close third at Down Royal as the winner and second have both won subsequently. She'll take some beating though Willie Mullins' newcomer Never Feel Blue is certain to attract attention as she's a half-sister to five winners including the high-class Bob Olinger. Mags Mullins and Derek O'Connor form a formidable team in bumpers and Young Leya is one to note as she's the first foal of a very smart bumper/hurdler from the family of Altior.
