Verdict

Faanan Aldaar outbattled Courage at Roscommon and though that probably didn't take much doing the remainder were well beaten and she makes her handicap debut on a fair mark. Fitzgutentyte has only won once in 32 starts and likes some give in the ground but the maiden Not For Changing would have to be considered on his penultimate run at Fairyhouse and he ran over fences last time. POINT THE TOES wins his share of races and though 7lb higher after a convincing victory at Downpatrick, Shane Butler's claim takes care of most of that and he can follow-up. Barry Geraghty was on board when Face Facts last won at Cork in August and the combination look dangerous this time while Victrix Gale is on a 13lb lower mark than over fences.
